Hi,

Does anybody have any tips on how to reduce/prevent stress as I am currently in year 11 and I tend to stress quite a bit?

Thank-you in advance!

Hi both year 11 and sixth form can be quite stressful one thing that’s helped me is to get to bed early, get up early and have a calm, slow morning, I think it gives you some time to think about what you want to do that day and makes the day a lot calmer as your not waking up immediately worrying and sleep deprived you just ease yourself into the day. There’s other things like meditation you could try to help reduce stress or making a list the night before and preparing the work you are going to do the next day before so you already have a clear idea of what you need to do in order to stay on track. Best of luck!
