I'm in year 10, I haven't done my GCSEs yet but I'm just wondering what is the minimum GCSE requirement (according to the new grading system) you need to get into UCL college?

You need to look at the individual course and the GCSE requirement they set.
GCSE and equivalent qualifications
All programmes require GCSE or equivalent passes in English Language and Mathematics at grade C or higher. Some programmes require grades higher than C or additional GCSE passes in specific subjects, as outlined on individual degree pages.
Dont forget thats a minimum. As an international student you may be able to satisfy the English requirement via IELTS.
