Dry eyes+headache
I have very dry eyes ,my eyes are very itchy ,irritated, stinging and a bit red.
In my left eye I feel like there's something in my eye and it's very painful, although there is nothing in my eyes I still feel like there is something.
Some of my eyelashes are facing upwards,some downwards.
Under my eyes Is tight and pressure
As I already said yesterday, I have this headache for a month now
What do I do?any tips? Should I go to a&e

No don't go to A&E. Go to your pharmacy or optician and ask for some eye drops to give your eyes some moisture and go to your GP to talk about the headaches plus the eye irritation.
