17 year old girl with female crushes on my teachers

I’m 17 years old and I have a teacher in my school that I have liked for a couple of years now but she isn’t the first or the last. I’m in a long term relationship with my boyfriend and I love him so much and the intimate side of our relationship is great but I can’t stop fantasing about women and not just that it’s always my teacher or a staff member in my boarding house. I don’t know what to do, don’t worry I won’t act on these crushes but I don’t know why they are there and it’s not like it’s been a week I literally have liked some of them for years, at the moment I like 3 female staff members at my school and my boyfriend sort of know and worries. Idk what to do help!!!!
There's nothing wrong with having crushes on your teachers (regardless of gender) as long as you don't act on them.
