Going out clubbing on a Wednesday night (Manchester)?

Student night? Is there a specific night that all the students go out in Manchester? I’ve heard mixed answers. I like Factory and 42s - would they be dead?
My friends and I are planning on going out on a Wednesday night and we want to have a really good time but are kinda worried it won’t be busy and will be dead. Any answers are appreciated ☺️

Wednesday nights there is Antics at Birdcage, £1 entry on the door with guestlist, £1 drinks and & £5 buckets
