And it's not the table, it's definitely me because it's happened in multiple locations, including in exams where it's so distracting. When I'm sharing a desk with somebody at school I feel so annoying but I can't figure out WHY it's happening and how to stop it. I've tried writing slower or less intensely and I don't think that's it.

Lmaoo help pls

One of the legs is unintentionally shorter.

Put some folded up sheets of paper under the shorter leg

Just fold a piece of paper and stick it underneath the leg that's causing the imbalance.

oh so if it's the table then it's reassuring to know I have some weird writing technique haha. Annoying when I get a bad desk in exams though because there's nothing I can do about it!!

I didn't even think it could be the table, I must just have really bad luck then because it seems to happen so often and I'm always apologising for shaking the table as if it's my fault haha, defo using a book or paper next time!
