I was thinking of moving there next year, for my second year... can anyone tell me more about it? And I know there's no internet, but seeing as it;s right on campus, is there any chance of catching the eduroam signal in your room and going online all the same? Also, their site didn't really overwhelm me with detailed descriptions or pictures... approximately how big are the rooms? And... are they and the kitchens in a worse state than uni accommodation?

Cons:
You get no cleaners, you have no privacy (I mean imagine waking up in the morning looking like crap, and then opening your curtains. ONLY to find a fellow student/the lecturer your trying to avoid looking at your window.)
Plus, yeah the rooms are not glamourise and fat_hobbit doesn't live there.
Pros:
Its only 50 quid a month!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is on campus, so it will be impossible to be late.
Yeah, I thought of those things too... I guess I'll go for it, I don't care that much if the rooms are shabby.... I've a cracked window, a hole in the wall and a dripping heating right now, so I suppose it can;t get much worse.
Now I only need to find out more about the internet situation.

You sound like hector boece SCUM.
Well Ed wright is right opposite you, doubt you need the net in your flat tbh.
I was to have a look through these places last year, and they are pretty basic tbh. The en suite rooms are far to small to even consider living in and the other flats are just yuck really.
The prices are great though, and while it would be nice being close to campus, it's probably too handy. The temptation to go to bed in between too lectures would be too great, and there's no way you'd get up an hour later for the next one
