What are the components of the British government, is it the parliament and the prime minister or is it the legislative, judiciary and the executive? It must be precise coz I am confused.

It is both.
Legislature, executive and the judiciary.
Parliament (Commons and the Lords), the Cabinet (Prime Minister, Chancellor, Foreign Secretary and so on), and the courts.
