Hey all I'm a 16 year old who wants to get ripped or in good shape by only doing body exercises, I did use weights in the summer and was kind of getting their but college had gotten in the way and I didn't have much time, the only thing I could do was push ups between breaks, but I want to have a routine that only involves body exercises that will atleast give me a nice physique, I really want to do this because I don't want to make the same mistake my brother did. Thank you

Bodyweight exercises won’t be enough.
You should read the FAQ and join a gym.
If you can’t find the time (ie can’t be bothered) then you’ll not achieve anything
