    I overthink a lot, it causes headaches. And sometimes I get lumps on my eyelid, I feel like it only happens when I get really stressed about stuff.

    Any idea on how to not overthink and stress less?

    Just wondering how this is effecting my mental health?

    I think a lot of people hate me and they don't even know me. I can't sleep easily because of all the thoughts in my head like it could take me hours to actually fall asleep.

    stress is just an illusion.takimg stress doesnt change past neither your future.well if that stress help you to bring best version of yourself than its for good reason.but if you drown yourself into overthinking its obviously effecting in an extremely enormous way for your brain to function .
