    Hi, I have an RGU physio interview on Feb 10th and I was just wondering what everyone wears to physio interviews considering how practical they are

    It's always better to err on the side of caution if an interview mentions physical activity. Your clothing should still be smart or as smart as possible.

    Trousers would generally be better than a skirt. You want to make sure you wear a top you can move freely in, but won't reveal too much if you bend over. Similarly you want trousers you can move and bend in without giving everyone a show. You also shouldn't show off your underwear or midriff if you raise your arms above your head, for example.

    You want to make sure you can kneel on the floor, raise your arms above your head and bend over without your outfit becoming in any way inappropriate, essentially.

    Hi there! I am a current PT student year 3 in RGU. Smart casual is the way to go. You will be doing some tasks with volunteer patients as part of the interview process! Just be yourself and good luck x
