I applied to Cardiff met for a course including the foundation year and I have recently been accepted but not for the foundation year and they are letting me get into the course within the foundation year with 2 C’s. my only problem is I really messed up in my AS level and didn’t do very well so I’m only doing 2 subjects in school and I don’t think I’ll get the 2 C’s. how do I get into the foundation year? What will happen if I don’t get the 2 C’s? I don’t want to go through clearing I really want to go to Cardiff and do the course I applied for but I really want to do the foundation year and I’m just so confused. Can anyone help me?

You would need to speak to Cardiff. It's possible that if you miss your offer (IE don't get 2 C grades) then they would consider you for the foundation. However, it's also possible that you don't meet the criteria for the foundation - some are only for international applicants, or applicants who don't have specific subjects or similar.
