I left a job at Gregg's a few weeks ago after little over a month, as I found it to be too overwhelming on top of studying my A-Levels. However, when I apply for more jobs at uni, do I have to declare this past employment on my CV or otherwise?

It’s up to you. I didn’t mention a place I worked at on my cv because i didn’t have enough space to put it in.

*Any* work experience is a good thing, so yes you should mention it even if you were only there briefly. If a potential employer asks why you stopped just explain - it's absolutely fine and understandable that you would want to prioritise your A-levels.
