Potential employer asked if I would do a masters? watch

So I am currently in my third year at uni and doing a internship with an outside organisation. My mentor asked what my plans are after graduation and I said I want to go into long-term employment.

Then they asked if I would consider doing a masters? I told them I would probably do a masters part-time as I worked full-time as I do want to continue learning as I work. Then they told me to look at a professionals article for advice on it etc?

A masters isn't required for this particular position, usually a few years of experience and accreditation or predicted to pass accreditation in a time frame (which I am set to do this summer)
