    I can't really talk as my first language is English, and I do, but this certainly isn't the case.
    This is super weird, but I'm learning Spanish, and whenever I can't find anything I mentally say 'dónde está el/la... (whatever I can't find)'... it's the only time I don't think in English but it's come to be a mental reflex.

    No, they do not. Just because people who don't speak and even don't know this language exist on earth. An official world language does not mean that everyone thinks and speaks this one.
