Mainly gonna be used once a week on the train and multiple times in the gym.

Ideally would be within £100-200 but don't mind going over if they're worth it

    In ear or as headphones?

I currently use Bose. A bit over your budget. But you can control the amount of noise cancelling you filter out.

Mine are either Quiet Comfort (QC) 30 or 35.
