    Do you have to declare to insurance if someone crashes into me on my driving test once I get my driving license if not my fault

    You will have to declare that you've been in an accident..
    But if you're in a car accident ON your test it's very likely you won't pass..

    Yes.

    So exactly what happened? Had you completed the test, been told you passed, and then driven yourself away and been involved in an accident?

    Were you insured to drive that vehicle after you passed your test?
