Unlucky story cie 9713

I’ve done applied info tech.. October November and the most un believe unlucky thing has happened to me
When I was about to print my second paper the printer in my lab stopped working as well as the other labs so the school told me that they’d print it later on but when my marks came out I got a (E)grade so I did a 2S remark and when my papers came back I found out that most of them were not sent.
Would they take my predicted grades if I made my school write cie a letter
