Im making this to hopefully find people in the same position as me. In my last two exams I nearly had panic attacks, and I’m absolutely petrified for my next set of mocks and my GCSEs. What if I screw up my gcse exam because of me stupidly panicking? My anxiety is slowly increasing as mocks approach- please can someone feeling the same relate

I too have been like this for years and I don’t want my grades to be lower because I’ve been panicking. on Friday I had a real business exam and I got extremely anxious so I had to say I needed the toilet to calm down! As a result I nearly didnt finish the exam because I didn’t have enough time

That was the same in my Spanish speaking mock exam!! I was in the room with only one invigilator and I could feel a panic attack coming along until the time was finished and I had to go to the other room and I could finally leave the room and get fresh air, it was horrible!!
