Schedules! Organising my time made it so much easier to not get stressed. I realised I actually had a lot more time than I thought. I planned out my weekends and half-terms hour by hour. One hour work, 30 minute break. 1.5 hours for lunch, 3 for dinner/showers and then stopping an hour before I went to bed, starting an hour after I woke up.

Working 8am-9pm (with those breaks of course) is actually more time than I thought I had. I did this for GCSEs, A-Levels and I'm doing it at uni. I have a report due in February, a test in March and 2 reports due in April, plus exams in May, so schedules will be my life!

Plus, if I stick to them I get a reward in the evening (normally chocolate).

testing! Definitely the most effective way of both learning a topic, and seeing which areas you do / don't understand..
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
