Hithere in currently in year 11 , I'm just worrying a lot! Basically i am currently doing to the foundation tier for maths edexcel.in the recent exam i got a grade 4 however, in the next mock at the end of February im aiming for a grade 5 in foundation so that i can do the higher tier! Is it too late to do the higher tier? I am aiming for a grade 6/7 is that possible? I'm learning topics for the higher tier at home and i understand them quite well.

Do you think it's possible for me to do the higher tier of i get a grade 5 in the next mock exam? Do you think I should be allowed to do the higher?

    Please be honest thanks !

If you're working hard there's no reason why you can't get a 5 in your next mock.

Don't worry about it being too late either. When I was doing my GCSEs people were changing tiers 2/3 weeks before the exam

    Good luck!

Hmm do a strict mock at home of a high tier paper. And give it to your teacher to mark without bias.
If you get a grade 6 or above then it shows you are capable.
Also yes try to get a 5 in that mock.
Unfortunately is up to your school (unless you want to do it externally) so they may have already entered you for the foundation tier so check.
    Good luck.
