I am very confused on how to structure my essay for 'how convincing is this source' because my school uses a C.A.P. (context. accuracy . purpose) for both 'how convincing' and 'how useful' so when I write a essay foe both I end up writing the same thing. Please help me structure my essay to get full marks

Whilst cap is a legitimate way to start assessing a source, it is incomplete.

Convincing I would suggest is an appeal for you to what is being said and whether they believe it. You can also decide whether you believe what is being said, which might have to do with CAP.

If someone asks me how useful, then I would ask myself useful for what purpose. Again you could look at cap, but also consider what unique things it tells us. A thing could be convincing without being useful.

A thing could be useful, without having to be convincing, so context is everything.
