If I stopped doing an extra-curricular that I'd done for 10 years in year 10, can I still put it on my UCAS form or do I have to go back to it for a few weeks?

what are you applying for ? extra curricular might not be relevant.

What did you do and how relevant is it to your personal statement?

Are there other extracurricular activities that you currently do that you could mention? I would try to include more recent examples, but if the 10 year one would be useful to include, then you could add this in.

I have done martial arts. I also do some volunteering at primary schools for drama and maths. I'm thinking of going back for a few weeks after mocks.

These really aren't relevant for an Economics degree, don't worry about it.
