Applying to chemical engineering using extra

Hi, so i am planning on applying to chemical engineering at UCL. I applied to medicine and it looks like i will be getting rejections for all of them so am planning to use "Extra" to apply to chemeng at UCL and need some info.
1) Do i use the same personal statement i used for medicine ?
2)When can i start applying using extra
3)How do i know if UCL has space available for chemeng if i use Extra

1) Your PS and reference remains the same but you can contact your Extra choice and offer a new PS.

3) Contact them when Extra opens. Also just because something is listed as available in Extra it might not be correct. Always check before applying.
