I was very sceptical about the use of ' brain pills' so I did a bit of research after seeing a FB post.

I do struggle with concentration when studying (ever since being a child) so I was very interested to find out.

I'm in my final B.A year and prior to taking nootropics (modanfinil) I was getting 60s for assignments at level 4, 5 and 6. Just before Christmas I thought I'd try taking nootropics on days in uni and days where I needed to study for long periods.

The uni gave us 2 assignments over the Christmas holidays (evil) so I had to knuckle down when I could.

I was dreading the scores coming back and last week I received a 1st score for the first time in 3 years of study, I was over the moon.

Now call it placebo or whatever, but I do feel different when I use them, they work for me and I'll continue to use them in my studies and this dreaded dissertation!
