You can't really make such a broad sweeping generalization- its neither a "yes" or "no" answer.

    However:

    1. Focus less on trying to lose your virginity, and more on improving your social skills and making friends. A guy who only has sex on the mind, is very off-putting to most girls (regardless of his skin colour/nationality or how many friends he has). People can sense ulterior motives and desperation (and both are not attractive). If a girl thinks that you are only getting close to her because you want to use her to shed yourself of your virginity, she will be reluctant to allow you to get any closer.

Most girls are a lot less interested in losing their virginity very young than what most guys are, and most girls also find guys their own age too immature (which ultimately means that many guys typically end up waiting a lot longer to lose their virginity).

You have to play it cool (and not be so single-minded in trying to achieve certain ends). You also can't force "chemistry" that quite frankly doesn't exist between you and the other girl. You may find many girls physically attractive, but only a minority of them will you actually be compatible with (and even amongst them, many other factors may come into play that mean that you don't get together despite being compatible).
So you can't force these things too much.

    2. You will lose your virginity one day (so try not to stress about it too much). Confidence attracts (so enjoy life and keep challenging yourself). Don't sweat it. Regardless of what most people boost, most other guys at school are in the exact same position as you (regardless of their nationality/colour). A very large percentage of guys do not lose it until they leave school, and about half of people who lose their virginity very young, end up regretting it.

Losing virginity is not something to be thoughtlessly rushed into.
