I am a boarder but and I wanna get big, but the problem is there is no gym in my school, what can I do?

Either buy free weights or do exercises that use your bodyweight (like press ups)

give it a good yank until you stretch it, thats how i made mine big

Use free weights.

You could do a split workout routine like: chest & back mondays, legs & shoulders on wens and biceps and triceps on fridays. Make sure your weights are slightly heavy.

Eat a meal within 30 minutes of your workout. Drink a protein shake after your workout.

Eat plenty of protein and get good rest.

Rest is very important and don't overdo the gym workout.

Change your workouts every 2 weeks.

2. Lower the thing
3. Repeat 1-8 times
4. Repeat 3 3-6 times
5. Repeat 4 every 3-5 days
6. Add weight to the thing
7. Goto 1

Do some resistance training (bodyweight and the iron both work) and increase your protein intake. As a beginner to resistance training, you'll likely gain muscle and lose fat at the same time purely because your boys isn't used to the stimulus of weight training.

Ignore the gym bunny advice above, it is ineffective.

If you want to get big, eat 12,000 calories a day. You'll be blocking doorways in no time.

I’m actually disappointed in Tsr that nobody has gone ‘steroids’ yet.
