Chocolate tends to work quite well too!!

Maybe you just need a night in with a good movie and some chocolate! =P

Ok then i guess its the usual advice; manage your time effectively maybe create a schedule to fit in work slots and times to lay back and relax. Be realistic with how much work you can do each day/weekend/week. If you find the work hard ask someone for help maybe a teacher or evan a friend!

Dont suffer in silence!

Basic yoga streches work wonders. Even for 5mins. As long as you do them properly.
