    Hi AI30,

I just have 1 more questions for you to help you out.

Do you have a status in your own name in the UK?

    (sorry for all the questions).

    Thank you,

    John.

    Hi AI30,

By status, it would really just be what it says on your home office documents.

For example, your father has ILR. Do you know if you have ILR or LLR or a dependent VISA.

    Thanks again,

    John.

    Hi AI30,

Rest of the world nationals should hold either Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Indefinite Leave to Enter (ILE) status and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for 3 years prior to the first day of the first academic year of the course or to be eligible for funding.

    Thanks

    Catherine
