i tried setting up voice command years ago on a windows 7 but the computer cannot consistently breakdown my command and i wasn't mumbling. I gave loud and clear command on my headphone. I was thinking that this technology is still immature and not yet practical to use it.

But recently i heard more and more people using the voice command function on windows. Has it reach the stage where i can use it to control everything on windows with fair consistency?

Cortana on Windows 10 is alright, but it's nothing special.
