Could someone tell me if it is completely necessary that i have a biology A level to study a degree in psychology, as i was considering dropping the subject. Also, could i be accepted into a unviersity with my other three subjects. They are psychology, history and maths.

Some universities require 2+ science/maths subjects (with psychology at most places being counted as one) so you should be fine dropping it.

thanks for this. i heard that universities wanted at least one science A level and i wasn't too sure if psychology counted as a science A level, probably because my sixth form and old school both saw it as a humanities subject

Almost all do count it, but to be on the safe side just check their websites

What was a typical day like? How were you assessed? Did you enjoy it? Does UCL change offer if you miss standard offer?

Lectures for 3/4 hours a day. I lived near the department so got good lie ins! Most were assessed via exams at the end of year, but we did have continuous lab report coursework throughout the years too.

I loved every minute! It's very stressful and the environment is very much trying to one up everyone so that can be hard to deal with.

And I think UCL are quite stingy with offers. I know of people on here who missed their offers by a few UMS and were rejected. I don't know of anyone in my year who missed their offer and still got on the course.
