So I have an interview at Primark and I'm really nervous, don't know what to expect or what to do. Has anyone been to a Primark interview before??
Thank you

first of all, good luckremember that whoever interviews you will make their own decision on hiring you or not, so make a good impression on that one person and you'll be fine.be enthusiastic, talk about your past openly and be transparent - for example when I joined Primark I told my interviewer how I wanted a new setting, and how my previous post wasn't stimulating enough for me. a lot of the interview is common sense - they'll ask you several scenario questions and you should just answer as honestly as possible, think outside of the box and if you're confused on a scenario question then say you'd speak to another colleague/supervisor for advice on tackling the problem. remember to smile; they can see through nerves!! and don't be afraid to make jokes or relax a little bit in your interview as it's super casual. remember to research primark and know a few facts about the company/store: staff numbers, CEO, how it was originally penney's in ireland etc. know your stuff and make them think you went to a lot of effort to prepare for your interviewdepending on your interview they will also spend a lot of time reading through your CV with you - they'll try to trick you out on aspects of your CV so make sure you know it back to front, for example they might ask 'so you studied at x school, how did you find it? can you remember a time that you took a lead role with your peers?
