Say a female was 5ft or 5ft1, small build but quite a bit of upper and lower body strength (could do 12 full pull ups) and had powerful quads. If she practiced jujitsu then after a few years could she realistically take it/win if she got into a fight with another taller woman or a man attacked her? Or would her small size pretty much imply that she will never be able to physically overcome most of the population?

She could learn to use their body weight against them and take advantage of her low centre of gravity. Lots of other factors bedsides size, such as strength, skill, speed etc.

Just do some self defence classes and realise the better aspect is to use your brain abs avoid situations where physical confrontation might happen.
