I was shaving my penis when i accidentally cut myself near the base and on the vein. The next day it became swollen but it does not hurt though. Is this normal? What should I do?
Considering its a sensitive area and you have swelling I would consult a doctor. Pharmacist may also be able to advise you.
I guess call your surgery tomorrow and ask or go to a walk in.
