How do I get rid of anxiety? I'm constantly worrying about my future, I'm sensitive to change, I can't speak to random people, I can't speak in front of a large group of People, I can't do presentations in college, sometimes I can't leave the house, I get back pain, I'm tired 24/7 and lack energy, I find it hard falling asleep and getting up which most of it is to do with having anemia but I'm not on medication for it, my anxiety is getting worse.

My doctors are really bad too, my main problem is I sleep 7 hours and yet I'm still tired, I sleep 4 hours and I'm tired, it doesn't change at all. My memory is also quite bad.

hi, a lot of symptoms you have are similar to my own. i, too, have been diagnosed with anxiety / social anxiety. if you’re at school, a coping mechanism I had is to practice breathing. it may sound silly, or obvious, but by concentrating on taking deep, slow breaths, I find it really helps. I also have a ‘happy & calm space’ in my mind that I imagine while doing this. it really helps.
also, if your anxiety is triggered by spiders (this is just an example), then try writing the word ‘spider’ down, and slowly bring yourself up to face the fear you have, like looking at images of spiders, and then seeing one face to face. hope this helps a little, and you’re not alone !!
