OK so I went trampolining last night and must have had a bad landing on my front-drops. At the time everything felt fine but I'm working now and can't seem to bend my arm as I'm typing to do my work. A friend has looked at it and said all she can see is a bruise. But it is really painful. Any advice?

Ibuprofen, and put some arnica cream on it.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream, it's toxic.

Things like this should sort themselves out in a few days. Until then things like ibuprofen, not straining it more and gentle heat or cool should help. You can also pop into a pharmacy for advice. This could be a good reason to skip PE if it's going to be stressful of your arm. If it's not improved in around a week you can call your GP.

    Hope you feel better soon
