At home, my friends are always up for a treat every now and then.

But now that I'm at uni, I've noticed that the girls here are just ridiculously health conscious and it's making me doubt myself a little.

They go to the gym every day, only eat vegetables (literally some veg for lunch and that's it) and refuse anything other than their strict diet of veg and salad. Yet these are people that drink an obscene amount of alcohol and are more than happy to fill themselves with alcohol at the weekend.

I'm not sure if I'm the one with some kind of eating problem or whether they're too restrictive...

You see these types regularly at uni. They mistakenly think the best way to be healthy is to eat only veg and very little and then they don't lose shocking amounts of weight because they binge on alcohol calories. They will still suffer the malnutrition though. And TBH these sorts of groups never tend to be that skinny which makes me think they're probably eating crap in private it's just that the social pressure of everyone else 'only eating vegetables' makes them hide it. Just ignore them and do your own thing and know they're just sat there feeling jealous of you

That's more weight conscious than health conscious. Just eating veg is not healthy, but it will keep you skinny.
Don't let it make you worry about yourself. Judge yourself by yourself, not by others. As long as you have a somewhat balanced diet and aren't a total couch potato you're doing fine.

Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
