Looking for suggestions for a good conditioning hair spray.
I’ve started swimming recently and my hair is already bleached but after swimming it seems impossible to get a brush through and I want to minimise breakage as well.

Any suggestions? Even other approaches welcome. Thanks

As a spray, "Schwarzkopf got2b Oil-Licious Dry Oil Mist" is very good: https://www.superdrug.com/Schwarzkop...FfQe0wod3s0FAg

It is extremely conditioning and goes a long way to help de-tangle hair. However like so many hair oil products, it is something to be used with caution as only a little is needed to go a long way (and too much will make hair heavy/flat & greasy looking).

Personally I use "Schwarzkopf got2b Oil-licious Tame & Shine Styling Oil" ( https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/produc...FSQC0wodNLUAPQ ) though, as the bottle is conveniently small, long lasting and I prefer it's general application (the ingredients are a little different too). After towel-drying my hair a little, I rub two small quirts of the oil in my hands and then carefully rub and "tiger claw" my hands through the lower ends of my hair before brushing my hair through and hairdrying it.

My hair is long and fine, and so far, I have found it to be the best post-wash conditioning product (better than any of the serums etc).

Occasionally though I will substitute it for Matrix Sharp Cut Argan Oil (another excellent product which I sometimes prefer): https://www.luxplus.co.uk/product/ma...hoCfpsQAvD_BwE

or "Garnier Ultimate Blends Argan and Camellia Marvellous Glow Oil" http://www.boots.com/garnier-ultimat...150ml-10167802

Wow that’s so informative! Thank you for such a detailed answer! Will definitely have a look at those. I’m not too bothered about greasy residue, it’s just to brush my hair initially before I wash it or I’d definitely have no chance getting the brush through after I shower!
