Hey guys, I'm in Year 12 and I'v been studying Computer Science, Philosophy, and Media Studies. However, I wanted to join Economics since the start of the year but I was unsure of whether I wanted to try it or not. Right now, I really want to pick up Economics but there is so much content that I've missed... Media Studies demotivates me so much, that it effects my whole progress through the AS year. Should I speak with my head of year? What do you think I should do about this problem? I know it was my fault as I didn't realise what I really wanted to study.

I suggested it because I'm not sure your head of year will let you change to Economics due to 5 months work you need to catch up on. Probably better to get a tutor and sit the exams privately.

Economics will have such a crazy amount, the amount we do in a week is a headache to catch up with, never mind 5 months
If you're a hard worker & v interested in it and have the right support then go ahead
    Good luck to ya x
