Does anyone find their joints will almost pop back/outta place but not actually leave the socket? Pretty sure theres no sound with it so its not anything cracking.
Im not sure if theres a name for it but I find it whenever Im moving it e.g today standing up after sitting, using my hand to support myself when changing position, eating/talking and my jaw suddenly goes funny
Its always bloody painful for a good few 40 seconds to a few minutes but fades away, never enough to actually strain the joint but does make it kinda sensitive

I have hypermobility, but I definitely don't experience any pain with it.

Are you hyper mobile or have JHS? the main difference is that JHS is hyper mobility with the addition of pain as not everyone who is hyper mobile will have JHS when diagnosed

Sorry not trying to be a **** just wanting to point out the difference <3
