    i think u do 110/44 (the 44 comes from the mass of carbon(12.0) and O2(16.0x2) added together)

    Moles = mass/Mr
    Therefore since the mass in grams is 110 and the Mr of CO2 is 44 (16(O) + 16(O) + 12(C)), the number of moles = 110/44 = 2.5 moles.
