I knew a guy who did 18 and got like 12 A*. His tactic? Do subjects you're good at and link different subjects together.

Since I'm doing the Finance exam, I do the Business exam too since it's similar. French is basically my home language (for my mom) so that's already one in the bag, so I took German to actually study another language. General Studies is easy af, trust me. Anyone with half a brain could do it.

We were only allowed to choose three of the subjects and there wasn't really any that related to one and other

I completed my GCSEs in 2017 and did 12 GCSEs: biology, chemistry, physics, maths, English literature, English language, RE, art, ICT, geography, further maths and French. Doing 12 subjects is very stressful but it was a good challenge.

in 2017 I did, maths, English lit, English Lang, physics, biology, chemistry, religions studies, history , German, music and drama ( we didn't get through the whole spec in class for RS but with a bit of work I still managed to get an A) if your not sure then look at the subjects you'll need for possible career options or post-16 options and then pick subjects you really enjoy to fill the gaps
