# Raio Mixing problem watch

1. Hi there,
I am trying to work out a formula to sit in my form, so that I can mix different hardness of rubber to make a specific hardness.
The rubber comes in standard hardness of 40, 60 ,70 Shore. 40 soft rubber 70 hard rubber.
As an example if I mix one part 40 with one part 60 I get 50 shore hardness.
If I mix 3 parts 60 with one part 40 I get 55 shore hardness.
(3x60=180) + (1x40=40)= 220/4 = 55 hardness
I would like to enter the rubber hardness value into two text boxes
then a hardness required into another text box.
also enter a Batch size into a text box.
I would like the formula to work out the amount of 40 hardness and 60 hardness needed for the batch size.

Example:

[Hardness Required] 55 (Enter a Value)
[Batch Size] 25.00 KG (Enter a Value)
[60 shore] 18.75 KG (Calculated Field)
[40 shore] 6.25 KG (Calculated Field)
Ratio: 3:1

Any help appreciated.
