HI, I want to suspend my studies this year ( I'm studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) and maybe come back next year, but the problem is that SAAS payed all my fees, and I spoke with the uni and they sad that that was no problem and I could do that even if I don't return next year. But I am still afraid that I could create some kind of debt with SAAS , Can someone help me here? I should do this as quickly as I can but I am afraid of the situation...

I would ask the questions you are worried about to them directly and get a written response e.g. over email and then you cannot be liable if they have confirmed it in writing.
