hi, I was wondering how I would compare these poems: remains, war photographer, the emigree, the prelude and kamikaze like what quotations would I use to compare them to the theme of memory

Have a look through the poems in the playlist as it will show you the method of doing comparisons.

I only read War Photographer so for the theme of memory you can talk about how people don’t think about it but are just enjoying their life, or you can say how the war photographer has to “seek for tragic” so they could be constantly reliving each memory and horrible event or how people are satisfied with what the newspaper tells them. Try looking for quotes for those ideas and look at the other poems and see if there is something similar in them or uses the idea of memory but for something positive and not negative like in war photographer.
