For the thematic questions on part b of Macbeth exam, what are all the possible themes they can ask?

There are so, so many themes in Macbeth - so, naturally, it's very difficult to state all of them. However, you can manipulate the question to make it more suited for a theme you are more familiar with. For example, if the they ask about the theme of manipulation, you can rearrange and use some synonyms to make it into a theme of control - which opens a path for a lot more things you can speak about.

That said, here is a list of pretty big themes in Macbeth:
    > Appearance vs Reality
    > Fate vs Freewill
    > Ambition and Power
    > Manipulation and Control
    > Gender
    > Guilt
    > The Supernatural
    > Kingship

This is no particular order, but, you can also link so many themes together. Like, for manipulation and control, you can bring in gender, guilt and supernatural all into it. It is also NOT a complete list of all themes.
