I’ve never received any mental health care at all. I’m 18 and I’m currently at sixth form and I’m struggling so hard with my depression. I really want to go to university but I always have a low mood. I need urgent help but the NHS has put me on a waiting list, I don’t know what to do because I can feel my mental health rapidly deteriorating.

Go back to your Dr and say how severe it is, see if they can give you some antidepressants or something.
