Critically evaluate this statement. Does anyone have any idea at all about how to attempt this question?

I think its basically saying:What's the point in the legal mind and knowledge if all the profession does is follow precedent?I'm not sure on the second bit about narrowest grounds.Last edited by BethWilliams121; 08-02-2018 at 13:22.
