want dentistry but hate the surgery
I want to study dentistry but I have an issue that I hate surgical cases, tooth extraction its ok for me but the other no . the question is will I study dental surgery the one which tougher than the extraction in my 5 years or its in the end when we choose our dental field
All dental students have to learn how to perform tooth extractions - it's one of the main areas of dentistry. If you don't like the surgical aspect of dentistry, you could specialise in an area that has minimal surgery or research.
