How do you write two pages in one hour for an english language mock?

We are going to be doing a creative writing assessment and I know what they want from me, but does anyone have any advice on how I can write so much in so little time?

It’s do able I done 3/4 in an hour. Just write a lot and make back up points in your head.

Practice before the assessment, so you know what you can do in the time allotted.

Allocate time at the start to making a plan, if you know what you want to write it will flow easily saving your self time.

Practice, practice, practice. I find essays really easy because I've always been used to writing a lot.
